A community facility development project in Hanoi, Vietnam, led by Sumitomo Corporation and the BRG Group. Positioned as the first step in their North Hanoi Smart City initiative, the facility was realized through a comprehensive design approach—spanning concept development, branding, logo and spatial design, furniture, and the UI/UX design of a dedicated resident app.

住友商事とBRGグループによる、ベトナム・ハノイに位置するコミュニティ施設の開発プロジェクト。両社が推進する北ハノイ・スマートシティ構想の先駆けとして設立された本施設のために、コンセプトの定義からブランド名、ロゴ、空間および家具のデザイン、さらに住民向けアプリのUI／UX設計に至るまで、包括的なデザインを手がけた。
